Hotel a Centerville

“First, they accused my husband of smoking in the room over the phone so without even entering the room and also after seeing him outside smoking and asking him then to complete check in procedure since we arrived after normal check in the night before. We are a black family so draw your own conclusions not to mention we have a 5yr old with asthma in our room as well..but ok. The room itself wasnt too bad. After paying $611.11 for the room while he is working and we came to visit with him wyndham...

“Very nice staff and the hotel was clean with comfortable beds. The pool was closed so that was a bummer and the breakfast was ok but there is no juice bar which was really disappointing. Very small selection but the food was fresh and good.”

“The Golden Inn was a very nice place to stay for the night. Lea Ann was so helpful and friendly. We were pleased with everything about it…..and will stay there again if we are in the area!!”

“This property has one employee working all night. Marie checked us in. When we got to our room it was dirty and had not been prepared for our arrival. Marie had to come and clean our room. She had to run back and forth from the fourth floor to the front desk 3 times to check people in and clean our room. On top of that we were given a King room when we made reservations months in advance for a two queen beds room. Marie deserves a raise and the property manager needs to rethink their staffing...

“There were 2 glasses in the room that had lip marks still on them and the drawers in the bathroom had trash in them.”

“I wasn’t expecting much for the price and it pretty much met expectations. Room was clean. Shampoo in a pouch is strange and hard to open. Bed was hard. Road noise was very loud.”

“The bathroom smelled like pee. It was dirty and you could still see hair in the shower. The beds we made but it looked like the sheets were not changed from previous guest as there was hair on the sheets and pillows of one of the beds. The room had a pee and moisture smell that stayed in your clothes. We ended up leaving and stopping at another hotel to shower and get some actual rest. While staff where very nice the actual property needs a lot of work”

“The wallpaper was coming off the wall by the air conditioner in the bathroom above the shower it look like had black mold and in the manager had a piss poor attitude with me”
