“The property was located in a quiet area of town situated on a city block of property. We wanted something off the beaten path and this was perfect! We stayed in the cottage. Bed was comfy. The antique furniture fit in nicely and gave you that step back in time feeling. There was an issue with the AC during the night and it quit working but it was tolerable as the temps outside were in the 70’s and the ceiling fan in our room kept the air moving. We loved the property. We felt it could use...

“very nice bnb! the kids loved the loft. each bunk bed has tv with headphones. the train did wake me up a couple of times at night but I was able to go right back to sleep. fun restaurants within walking distance right on the river. ”

“Great older home that has Adorable updates to make it very homey but still modern. Comfy beds and sheets. Good yard. Cozy couches. Quiet street. We needed a place to stay for a Jax State game and didn’t want to spend a lot. I recommend this house because it was a very easy drive to Jax!”
