“Overall, my experience was great. We had a tough time at check in. The two attendants at the front desk weren’t the nicest. However, the other staff that we encountered more than made up for it. Rooms were clean, I made good use of the fitness center, breakfast exceeded my expectations. Next time, I hope the pool is back open. ”

“This hotel only has in room coffee, we had to ask for more coffee supplies as the only options were Starbucks in the main lobby and Blazers cafe on site. No microwaves in the rooms either, have to use the microwave in the snack area in the main lobby. The room was clean enough, beds were ok, not great. Plus extra $ for paid on site parking. The fridge was not working when we got there and ice was scarce, even though there was a machine on every floor!”

“My stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Birmingham was extremely disappointing and far below what you’d expect from a Hilton property. They charge for parking, yet the lot is poorly maintained with trash scattered around, and the speed bumps are unnecessarily high to the point of being ridiculous.
