“Terrible customer service. We had a great experience until I accidentally left something in the room. After a week, I had a friend who lives there pick it up and send it to me. The level of ignorance and incompetence did not leave me with any faith that they could use the mail correctly. I was genuinely afraid if left in their hands that I may never see my items again.
