“Very comfy, peaceful place right on the Gunnison River.Great for 2 people. Town of Gunnison is nearby for supplies, groceries, restaurants. We got groceries at Natural Grocers and cooked in. Spent a lot of time out in the yard watching fishermen and rafters go by on the river.Spent a full day at Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, which was about 60 miles away. “This is a great property if you want peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the back porch and took walks in the national forest behind the house. It was close enough to Nederland to go for lunch and dinner and within a short drive to a number of great hiking spots. The previously mentioned hot water issue was taken care of and we had immediate and constant hot water as needed. ”
