“Bed bugs 🙅‍♂️ Luckily, we found them as soon as we entered the room and didn’t stay long. When I went to complain, I had to wait 20 min for the front desk admin to finish cleaning our units. Seems like a one-person show. When she returned, she said she wasn’t sure if she could process a refund and would have to contact the owner, so we left. Luckily, the refund was processed by next day.”

“Close to airport and zoo”

“The motel could be better. There’s a whole bunch of unmatched indoor type of chairs and sofas outside the rooms that make the place feel getto. We arrived early hoping to be able to get our suitcases checked in so we can enjoy the beach but there was no one at the front desk even though the sign said the person would be there at 10am. She arrived around 11:30am. When another guest called the number posted, the man who answered was extremely rude to her. Once the lady who runs the place...
