Hotel a Central

“I booked an accessible room, but when I arrived, it was not available because it hadn’t been cleaned. I asked to have it cleaned, but there was no available staff to clean it, and there was no manager on site at the time I arrived. I chose the hotel because it offered what looked to be an accessible room. I am very unhappy that I did not get the room I booked.”

“This is going to be a very condensed review of what I had wanted to say because I’m limited to 1500 characters. I did reach out to management about the issues, no response even though they promised they would first of all you have to request your utensils and stuff when you get to the room and then I went down and picked up two containers of plates and cups and things like that not a big deal but why don’t you just put it in the room second the floors were filthy sticky and grimy third the air...

“Nice place and clean”

“We had problems regulating the heat in our room but we didn’t call front desk either.”

“We could bring our dog”

“The facility is indeed compact in its design, including the common areas and rooms. Room space is just adequate. High quality mattress. The shower head in the bathroom was not adjustable and the flow rate was not adjustable; the spray was too powerful and uncomfortable. Breakfast was very good both mornings that we were there. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

“We stayed at Silver Lake Bed and Breakfast for one night on our way south, andit was a wonderful experience. The house is beautifully decorated, and our room was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and generously served.”

“Music in evenings”

“Rooms are quite. Showers are excellent. Beds are firm and comfortable. No Hbo, boo hoo...”

“The room was very clean and the beds were a little tall but were very comfortable.”

“Great location, very clean, and a good breakfast.”

“Our room appeared to be recently painted and was in good repair. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom area was in good shape. Aside from a few flies in the window, the room was clean and in good condition. The location was extremely convenient for food options and easy access on and off Rt. 81. The staff, however, was not available on several occasions. When we stopped into the reservation area, the staff left a sign that said "I'll be back in 5 minutes" on more than one occasion. ...

“The hotel was very clean, and the amenities were great. Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing due to the room accommodations and lack of customer service. I reserved a standard King Suite but was assigned a handicap-accessible room due to what the hotel later admitted was a system error. The bed was extremely low to the floor, unusually hard, and very uncomfortable. It honestly felt like I was sleeping on the floor. After bringing my concerns to the staff’s attention, I was...
