“We were very disappointed - the website and other online information say that there is an outdoor pool. When we arrived, we were told that it has been two years since they had a pool (meanwhile, there are still signs up at the hotel for where the pool was). There was trash outside of some of the first floor doors that was not picked up while we were staying there. The elevator did not work so we had to carry out luggage up the stairs - I can't remember a hotel not having a functional elevator. I...
