“Clean room, staff was nice. No hot tub. Breakfast was okay. My worst experience was the loss of my backpack they stored my luggage (thank you) someone took my bag thankfully they knew it was called them and they Ubered it back to me. I had important medication in there. There needs to be a system or don’t store bags. ”
