“This hotel is our go to when visiting Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Rooms are clean, comfortable beds and a good breakfast. Location is great too. ”

Front desk was awesome with my stay over (combining to reservations) pool was actually warm my grandson loved it! and hot tub was clean! Although the breakfast was the same everyday it was hot and always filled! Thanks for having me! ”

“We didn't have any breakfast but the bar and dinner was wonderful!!! The room was very clean and comfortable. Just wish the beds were a little softer. My only complaint is I wish the outside was bigger for the fire. The pictures made it look like it would be extremely bigger. ”

“I was in town for Christmas. The hotel was buzzing with happy visitors and there were MANY of them! My room was in the 5th floor-spacious, well-appointed and the bed was dreamy comfortable!
