“The pool was rough and it ate my daughter toes up I told mgr and he didn’t care I had to change my own trash and constantly ask for towels . And there continental breakfast was frozen eggs and French toast you had to microwave up I don’t recommend staying there and the old maintenance guy is a jerk the one who is the head of it. That’s there all the time sits there and micromanages people versus do his job, especially when the manager is not their present.”

“Had a room with fire place and jacuzzi. Didn’t try the jacuzzi but the fire place was a nice touch. Unfortunately, when I pulled my sheets down after working all day I noticed ‘someone else’s’ toe nail in the bed. A bit irritating. Told the front desk the next day and the hotel never reached out to me. So, you can use this review as you like. They did have a really good hot apple cider fountain til midnight. So, it had that going for it.”

“Front desk check in was rude! Never got any clean towels we was told to put them outside in the chair and housekeeping would bring clean ones they never did! There was roaches in the bathroom.”

“All the amenities were wonderful and the desk clerk Gabby was amazing it was the guest clerk Sam she was terrible and you literally got kicked out because of somebody making an accusation that wasn't true it was humiliating and I would they have construction going on right under our room at 9:00 a.m. with Drilling and pounding and did not even tell us that and the rooms are not worth the price to go through that kind of headache they love to standing outside for hours to make more money by...
