“The property and staff were wonderful, it was so clean too! The firepits weren't working, it would've been so nice to have those though. I loved the outdoor hot tub, their pool is indoors, which I thought was a tad odd, instead of being outside. Either way, we really enjoyed our stay ”

“I appreciated the location, close to the Great Smoky Mountains NP and downtown Gatlinburg, the courtesy of the reception staff, the free parking. The breakfast could be improved for variety and quality”

“Cold air, hot shower, fluffy towels, comfortable bed and I loved watching the ducks, geese with their babies, squirrels, chipmunks and even a beaver in the river. Would definitely recommend no problems with our 4 day stay.”

“The room was missing a drawer under bathroom vanity dor handles were falling apart and toilet was leaking across floor from broken plastic ring. Staff did come fix toilet right away. Food could have been warmer.”

“Great view of Anakeesta, nice location. Room was nice and updated. The pull out couch was awful…get a room with 2 beds. Your back will thank me. Nice area outside for kids to play. Food on site was good. Kinda cheesy charging for parking with such an expensive room. ”
