“When we were getting ready for our first night we noticed the room wasn’t properly cleaned. There was food on the floor and the chair in the room has a big white stain on it. The sliding door from the bathroom did not close properly which made it difficult to shower comfortably. The showete faucet kept dripping and water was spilling out of the shower. We were very dissapointed with the room conditions, since we had high expectations from the reviews we had read online. We would not consider...

“Everything was okay. Nothing special. The room overlooking the river was nice however we unfortunately were there while several storms passsed through so the river was quite rough and dirty.”

“Good location nearby Pigeon Forge attractions. Room was spacious and had just enough comfort for a quick weekend visit. Pool was small and front desk staff not very warm or friendly both days we were there.”

“I had low expectations due to the price of the room, despite having decent reviews. The check in was super easy and staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious. It was nice to have a balcony and extra room around the kitchenette. The kids loved the pool and the slide! The gas outdoor fire pits were super cool too! Good hot breakfast, with lots of choices! Overall an excellent experience! I wish we would have booked our entire stay here!”

“I loved, loved, loved my stay here. The room was so spacious with tall ceilings, a nice balcony on the river, and nice rustic real-wood furniture. The room was decorated so cute and the bed was comfortable. There were also outside amenities including grassy areas, shuffleboard, and two pools. One of the pools even has a waterfall and a kids slide. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again.”

“I loved the fact that there was a river right there and we were able to open the back door and sit and just listen to the river flow and see all the wildlife. Mostly birds since there was houses and other hotels close by but overall we will be back again!”

“All members of the staff that were working while we were staying were wonderful. Breakfast had a lot of selections, Trudy, was always keeping items fresh. Housekeeping kept our room clean and with fresh towels. We really enjoyed our stay.”
