“When we arrived in our room it had a bad odor. While I do know this room was only $70 I did not expect there to be this many problems. The blinds did not wrap around the window so people in the parking lot could see you. The sheets were torn and we had to get new ones. The over head sprinkler was leaking and they had paper towel shoved in there to absorb the water. The shower head was leaking. “Very friendly staff, close to Sivereville, next to Kroger across from Ross and Hobby Lobby. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It’s an updated older hotel. The price was awesome for what you got. I definitely would recommend this hotel. ”

“VERY disappointed with this hotel. Check-in was fine at the desk, but the hotel is generally in really bad disrepair. Wallpaper peeling everywhere in the halls, almost every room door we walked by was dented, like they had been hit with something. Paint scuffed and chipped off most every door facing. Only one working elevator for the whole hotel. Our room was very run down - stained carpet, holes in the fiberglass shower that had never been fixed. The shower curtain was torn. One overhead light...

“Check in was a joke. The front desk girl was interrupted as she was checking is on by 2 motel workers that wanted to gossip about other employees of motel, the front desk girl could not complete our check on due to this interruption. Someone else completed. Rooms were remodeled from our previous visit but furniture in rooms was not placed in convenient spots to maximize space. TV would not work,no information in room on how to operate the TV or TV system.”

“From the outside the property looks a little ran down. Ducks were swimming in the pool and geese were running around everywhere. Goose poop was everywhere in the parking lot. But.....the rooms were super clean. Air was working as it should. Showers were hot. The beds were super comfortable. The property was quiet. The staff was friendly. We would definitely stay here again, we just wouldn't swim in the pool. Wild animals isn't really any fault of the hotel's staff, but worth mentioning for...

“I don’t know all of the answers but this will be the last time I will ever book with Expedia . When we got to the property they said that they didn’t have any rooms , and I couldn’t get money back because I booked with Expedia. I have called Expedia at least a dozen times.wand no response. We had to find another hotel and it has ruined our vacation.”

“The room was generally clean. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues and outdated aspects to the room. The breakfast was good, not exceptional but worthwhile. All in all, a decent value.”
