“It exceeded our expectations. I had a little trepidation due to reviews about service levels but I have to say we did not experience anything negative just the opposite. Staff were attentive, pleasant and prompt. The property and room was gorgeous. Restaurants were amazing and service by the pool was great. “Our kids had an absolute ball, staff were lovely, and had everything we needed. Unfortunately for us we went for the 2 days this year that we got torrential rain and suddenly chilly winds, bad luck for us. We were unable to do mini golf, go carts, or jumping pillow as they were closed off. Kids loved the splash pad so really happy that was still able to be used. Great value for money though, hope to go back when it’s sunny!!!”

施設内部からはインターホン等のヘルプコール設備も無く、仕方なく2メートル以上のホテルのフェンスを乗り越えて脱出した。
大人でも乗り越えるのは大変 だったが、同伴の子供達はかわいそうだった。”

“On our arrival, the apartment wasn't as clean as what it should have been. Tea/coffee sachets hadn't been restocked, half empty milk container in fridge, no fresh milk, the door handle to open the door into the apartment was faulty (took us awhile to work the handle to open the door), the room had a musky smell to it, considering it was supposed to have been cleaned/vacumed.
