“The pillows were a little too high. After about 2 hours, I had a stiff neck. I slept with a rolled up towel. The shower could have an extra handle on the back wall for better balance. I felt a little unsafe. The only other thing was the people partying on our floor til 2 or 3 in the morning. We finally put the fan on to block out the noise. We were pretty tired driving home the next day. Everything else was great. We would definitely come back.”

“The hotel was friendly, clean, and tidy per usual but as the hot water was out most of the time over the course of two days, and the hotel seemed happy to charge full rates rather than adjusting them for the lack of one of THE primary services a hotel should be providing, I must ding the score. Thankfully they did repair the boiler in a relatively quick manner (considering the scope of the job) but they seemingly had no conception of compensating for their lack of what is arguably one of their...
