“Great Hotel, reasonably priced, clean and had all the basics. Was only a 1 night stay to meet some friends, however I became ill overnight and felt really unwell in the morning and couldn’t stomach breakfast but they gave me water and offered anything they could to make me feel better. The staff were really kind and helpful and made sure I was ok before checking out. This is above and beyond any service I have encountered and I am truly grateful for their hospitality and would definitely come...

“This is a great and charming hotel. It looks a bit dated in the outside, but the facilities are great, specially the spa and food services. The town is small with great views of cliffs if you walk to the west. Lots of little shopping. The beach isn’t a plus as it’s rocky, but hotel has nice swimming options.”

“I stayed at this hotel for one night on a trip to Cornwall. I must say that the facility is well-maintained, and the room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is served. Normally, I prefer the buffet, but the service is fast and attentive. Let's just say that it lacked the wow factor to earn a fifth star. The hotel's location, although conveniently located directly on a link road and not far from the city centre, is not in a particularly attractive part of Exeter. ”
