“The location great. Very convenient to upper west side. That was the positive.The negatives- kitchen was not very clean. We ended up using plastic utensils as several forks and knives were dirty.- coffee maker didn’t work- debris on ground of kitchen- the apartment is dark! The pictures are not totally reflective- no AC in the main bedroom. Window AC in the main room- only 1 key!! Not sure how you can sleep 8 people and only have 1 key. “The picture is of the front building & the apartment is in the back of it. So it isn't a street view but it is nice and quiet being in the back building. It is behind a hooka lounge so they can be a little noisey at night. Other than that, i felt safe, it was clean, the host was amazing at communicating and with instructions. The room was nicely stocked with everything you'd need. Stayed 4 days and loved every bit of it. A huge plus was that everything was walking minutes nearby- target, coffee,...

“We were a family of five so there was lots of space for us. It was nice to stay up a bit later and have kids go to sleep in the bedroom. Host’s communication was excellent. Check in was fairly easy. The entry to the building and stairwell were very underwhelming and you have to carry luggage up two flights of stairs. The unit was as it is described and is older. Some of the trim needs to be painted or replaced. Mixed area nearby with a rec centre and lots of coffee shops and delis.”
