“Ruhige und doch zentrale Lage-Paddington Station oder auch Bus oder andere U-Bahn Linien in kurzer Gehreichweite. Auch der Kensington und weiter der Hyde Park waren in naher Umgebung. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer. War sauber und gepflegt, wenn auch etwas abgenutzt. TV hat nicht funktioniert. Bei Reklamation wurde sofort drauf eingegangen und bemüht das Problem zu lösen. “Hotel Sidney una struttura veramente pulita e confortevole situata a Victoria Station c’è la fermata del bus fuori la struttura colazione internazionale inclusa, ma la cosa più importante che la consiglio pienamente e che alla reception c’è un ragazzo di nome CRISTIAN parla benissimo in italiano una persona speciale e gentilissima, prox weekend non mancherà modo di rifare la prenotazione in loco ”

“Location and the dwelling itself can't fault it at all.. The issue I had was communication for check in. I received information to verify who I was. Then was email I would get details of checking in shortly. I emailed on the morning of travel to say I did not receive the email, got told it was sent nothing more.
