“Was there for a baseball tournament. Had to immediately change rooms due to the bed strongly smelling of urine. Staff didn’t even apologize. Just gave me the new room key and sent me on my way. The pool is small. People who were not hotel guests were following guests in after unlocking the doors and staying for the day and letting their families in. “This is definitely NOT a 3-star hotel. Although they appear to be doing some work exterior, the interior needs a lot of updating and fixing. Our room had wallpaper coming down on the walls and cracks in the ceiling. The flooring was all dug into with lots of drag marks which I was concerned they would try to bring back on the guest. The hair dryer in the bathroom was very old and weak. I would say the most disappointing item about the hotel was the breakfast buffet. With just one waffle...

“We were very excited to be able to check in early when we arrived. The hostess was super sweet and helpful, pointing out local attractions, and all the parts of the room. Breakfast both mornings was absolutely delicious and all of the staff was very friendly. We did miss our Manager cocktail hour due to a staff training. Location was fantastic. Would recommend staying here.”
