“Abundant and pleasant outdoor seating areas. Friendly staff. Very clean room with good facilites. Very comfortable bed and quiet surroundings gave a great sleep. Loved the decor and had a quiet relaxing break. Great meal and excellet food quality. Only minor downside was Wi Fi stopped working 24 hours after our arrival. Worked in the lounge and outside so was able to use it there. Saltburn beach, funicular railway and peir were good.”

“L'hotel si presenta bene, è ben tenuto, sembra tutto abbastanza nuovo ed è pulito. Tuttavia se dovessi tornare proverei un'altro hotel, in questo c'è lo stretto necessario ma non c'è aria condizionata, frigo bar e nella mia stanza le lampadine del bagno erano quasi tutte rotte, ne funzionava una sola. Evidente stato di mancanza di cura nell'accoglienza degli ospiti.”
