Inn a Cleveland

“I think the hotel is pretty,i like the rustic feel and furniture of the lounge/restaurant area. However the bedroom and bathroom can do with a modern , colourful, light and airy renovation. The bathroom is outdated ,I think they can update this. The staff can improve by being a bit more welcoming, friendly and warm. Sadly in my room,m was on the ground floor and I was able to hear everything happening upstairs, n on the main corridor,so it was rather hard to sleep. so the place needs thicker...

“Good food and excellent service.”

“Just stayed here last week very easy to find plenty parking. Check in straight forward the young man very friendly. Some minor faults with rooms. We had 2 rooms . Both kettles in rooms had bad limescale so never used them .the teabags looked like they had just been thrown in a pile on the dresser Bathroom towel instead of being white had a massive blue stain on .bed sheet was dirty. .you could hear the traffic outside but to be expected as on main road. I think for value for money...

“The room was disgusting and will never go back there after what we had seen in the room we have plenty of photos and videos to show and put online”

“Quirky rooms but very unclean, tv was like watching a tv from 2010 terrible quality.”

“Room dated very uncomfortable bed, no WiFi in room and very noisy from pub till 1130pm”

“If you are looking for a safe secure location close to all major amenities. This place is ideal very clean and the staff are very friendly indeed, parking right outside so you don't have to walk far to get to your vehicle. Will definitely be booking another stay in the near future.”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location in the middle of the North York Moors National Park. The room was very clean, the linen of high quality and the bed was very comfortable. All the amenities worked. The rooms are above the pub so there was some chatter and music. This wasn’t a problem for me. The breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.”
