“be vary cautious when staying at this hotel. we booked a room with two double beds and after arriving to the room, as the blanket was pulled back we noticed an actual bedbug. this is a serious cleanliness issue for us so we went to the front desk to request either a refund or to be moved to another room since it was 2am and finding another place to stay was not possible at the time. the night shift clerk was extremely rude and kept telling my friend to be quiet and that she would not talk to her...

“Bed covering was dirty, shower had hairs all in it, shower head did not work, tv remote didn’t work. Would not stay here again if it was free. ”
