“The remote control for the television did not function properly. TV only displayed options of Netflix, Amazon etc... I wanted to watch regular, basic channels and none of the buttons worked. I called the reception desk and all she said was if I can go get new batteries because there was no staff available to assist with the remote. After the new batteries, the remote still did not work. I called once again, and she said I must wait until after 10am. My family and I fell asleep for a few hours...

“The front desk was very rude. They don't have free wifi. Dog poop everyone. It stinks when it rains. They don't ask if you need new towels, etc. Lots of rats running around on the side where Five Guys is at. No fresh air because you can't open the windows. Overall if I could rate a 0 I would. Please don't stay!!”
