“The check-in process was very easy. The passcode to get into the cabin was provided about two hours before check-in. Upon arrival, the cabin was very clean and stocked with necessities. I was able to keep in contact with the staff via text and they were very prompt to respond.”

“Rte 6 can be an issue when making a left into the parking lot of the hotel depending on time of day. Be careful. Room was clean, lighting could be better. No table lamps just ceiling lights with led. A little bright. Water pressure and temp was great. Bed was comfortable. Could have used another blanket and maybe 2 more towels for 2 adults for 2 nights. All in all I would recommend due to cleanliness and the gentleman who helped us at check in was great. ”

“Somehow I missed that they did not have a fridge or coffeemaker. When we went to breakfast it was mostly gone and no one was around refilling it, so we waited and then ended up going elsewhere and paying for breakfast. The blinds did not close all the way and our room faced street lights so our room lit up all night. Pillows were good but bed was hard unfortunately. I have a broken foot and when they asked what floor we wanted we said the third so as we didn't hear feet above us as we tried...

“What a beautiful hotel and amazing staff. I was staying there for a wedding and we arrived on a warm spring day. When we got into our room it was a bit stuffy and warm so I turned the AC on but it wasn’t working. So I rang the front desk and they said they will send someone to take a look. The man who checked us in arrived and gave a new set of keys and upgraded us to a suite with no extra charge! It was a very kind thing to do.
