From the Time we stepped into the lobby until we left the entire staff was helpful and courteous. Huge indoor pool/hot tub area. Great place to stay in between Green Bay and Appleton. Will definitely stay there again. ”

“Surprisingly nice room within walking distance of the airport. Also really quiet considering how close it is to the airport. I had to check out earlier than breakfast started so not able to comment on the breakfast.”

“Clean room and staff is very friendly, especially the guy that cleans the room. He makes sure you have coffee in the room! Landscaping is gross and the price is high for what you get. Hot tub is broke too.”

“The room was old and outdated. The water ran brown in the shower. It was way overpriced for what you actually get. It smelled bad. I would never stay there again.”

“The hotel is in poor condition and the food service bad. The other 2 AmericInns we stayed at were better. The bed comfort was very good.”

“Was a clean place to stay for the night. They had no ice thought and the vanity light was terrible. Not very well lit.”

“The TV, microwave and refrigerator in my room did not work and the sink did not drain. It was disgusting. Not to mention when we returned from our event that night the entire hotel smelled like sewer. I tried to speak with staff regarding our stay before leaving and waited at the front desk for over 10 minutes and nobody came so we just left. I will never stay at this place again and don’t recommend it to anyone. ”
