“It doesn't look like much from the outside because the landscape is overgrown and full of weeds. They really need to address this issue. However, the inside is modern, clean and smells like they use deodorizer and sterilizing cleaners. There really is not many room amenities to speak of, but what they do supply will do. It's a good value for the money and the desk clerks, breakfast attendant and housekeeping people are all super nice and friendly!”

“Bent Creek Golf Club is a hidden gem and being able to stay at a Hilton Vacation Club makes it exceptional!”

“The room was clean, the staff was always present if you needed something. The area was well kept. The breakfast was a downfall of the stay. The coffee machine did not work properly. The juice machine was dispersing a watery substance but it wasn't juice. The waffles were good but There was no selection of any type of eggs. There was bread present but the toaster was out of order so we were not able to have toast. 2 of the 4 creamer containers were empty. I know the employee that was in the area...

“Beautiful property. Quiet and relaxing with a great view. Got to see black bears every morning.check in was easy. Drive up on the mou tain is a challenge and would not recommend on an Ice storm. Love it and we will be back.”

“There’s a narrow spiral staircase that made me nervous. It’s wooden and creaks as you step. But it’s ingenuously made, possibly by hand. The cabin has lots of little touches like that that tell you it was lovingly built and decorated. The mural downstairs is the most obvious example, but there’s also an antique dresser for the master bath’s sink, etc. The hot tub was great. It has a bar that makes it possible for one person to remove the cover. The description on the Jackson Mountain rentals...

“The outside halls and sidewalks was dirty. They need to use a leaf blower and blow off all the dust and dirt. After seeing the outside I was pleasantly surprised to see the room clean. I would stay here again if I’m in the area”

“Great location, about 20 minutes from Gatlingburg and half hour from Pigeon Forge. We loved being away from the crowds and chaos. The tiny home was really nice, we didn’t use the stove, but there was pots, pans, and silverware. Dogs Dudley and Luna in the office were friendly and super nice. Will be returning!”

“Yes, the only problem we had was flies in the bathroom and the washing machine had an issue but they fixed it ”

“The area was good for a quiet getaway. I must say that the cleanliness could use some help. It was mostly the spider webs and shower curtain should be changed after each persons stay. It seemed like the place has been closed up for a while. Other than that great stay.”
