“Roaches in the room upon arrival, housekeeping didn't service the room during my stay (4 days) ran out of toiletries and paper had to go buy some, had to re-use bath towels, bedding wasn't changed during my stay. Continental breakfast was a joke 2 choices of cereal, bananas, bagels or toast, only had apple juice because machine was broken. However the bed was comfortable, hot shower, pretty much a one night only hotel. Probably find somewhere else to stay next time I come to town.”

“Wasn’t anything like I thought. We rebooked and the house keeper walked in on us and was rude she told us it was time to go and we stated we rebooked our room. She was extremely rude and unprofessional ”

“This place is awful, we left same night. Busted windows, rooms dirty, marijuana smell all around the building. We was told one room, wasn’t even the right room. Will never book here again. ”

“Slept fully clothed even kept shoes on. Watched drug deals out my window and listened to all the craziness around me through my thin walls as I tried to get a little rest. Not great! ”

“Room didn’t like it had been cleaned between guests just “new bedding” thrown on. Blankets and sheets were full of cigarette holes. Towels were dirty, floor had stuff all over it like it hadn’t been swept in a very long time. Bathroom floor had spots all over it like someone had spilt something and it hadn’t been cleaned up. The A/C worked great, kept the room icy cold. No one messed with our vehicle, and the lady at the front was half helpful we had trouble getting our key to work and she just...

“This is the first time I have ever left a negative review on anything. However, it is warranted. We had issues with the air and the lights. There was apparently a short in the bathroom light fixture. It would not work most of the time. Also, my son slipped and fell in the shower. It was extremely slippery with no slip-resistant adhesives to prevent sliding. When we asked to file an accident report, they could not find the official paperwork and asked us to write down our information on a random...

“Carpet in our room needed to be cleaned as there were big stains. Carpet in hallways also looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Tiles/flooring in elevators were severely cracked and needed to be replaced. Also upon arrival, entering the lobby to check in, it was very warm. You could tell there was no air conditioning in that area, perhaps it was broken or hotel trying to save money but temp levels were warmer than outdoors ”
