“We did not get to stay. My reservation was cancelled 1 hour before check in but I did not know as I was driving and the property manager messaged in the app when they should have called me. Due to a plumbing issue the booking was cancelled. They knew about the plumbing issue earlier in the day however they confirmed my check in time of 3pm 2 hours earlier at 1pm and then cancelled 1 hr before.
