“I arrived early to check in possibly at 3 PM. I did not get my room until 5 PM. There was no sense of urgency when I called to get my room serviced with towels and coffee. After my third day, I asked to have the sheets changed and it took four phone calls three to housekeeping and one to the front desk to finally get someone to come clean my room. A resort where I’m paying $700 a night. I had a great room with nice location on the Water side, but the Service needs some help.”
