“The room was clean except for a faded lipstick stain on the headboard of the bed. Bed was comfortable and pillows medium soft. Staff was Friendly. Water pressure in shower was perfect (weird, but true). I would stay again, as it’s half the price of Foxwoods hotels and less than 5min straight drive down the road.”

“The breaker in the bathroom wasn’t working properly, and nobody could come out until 1030 in the night to come and fix it and by that point I was already going to bed. Also, the plugs were extremely loose so I wasn’t able to charge anything or plug anything in because it kept falling out. Also, the TV was kind of coming in and out, and I wasn’t able to share anything from my phone. People spend a lot of money to stay overnight at hotels and I think it is absolutely asinine that to have basic...

“Woke up in the morning with water leaking through the ceiling, flooding my room and making it unusable. I notified the front desk person and asked for a rebate on the price I paid for the room, but they refused and offered no other useful redress. Also, the included breakfast was probably the worst I have ever seen in my life. Overall, an absolutely dismal experience. These people don't care about their guests. Avoid.”
