“The room was nice, But no blackout shades very bright at night, the mini fridge was super loud and froze everything we had in it, The Hair dryer was broken but they supplied us with another one and the bed was too soft and uncomfortable, It had excellent parking and it was convenient for the hiking we were doing in the area.”

“Very expensive for an outdated, no amenities and very limited breakfast bar with expired milk. Very good location and friendly staff. Room was not very clean. Had a broken tile on the bathroom floor. The elastic in the sheets was worn from being old and wouldn’t stay on the king-size bed. Not sure I would go back to this hotel.”

“The Inn was lovely. The room was small, but authentic and fine. The problem is the food service is very spotty. The restaurant has limited hours and days- no breakfast except on weekends. Also if you have a room on a Monday, most of the day and all night there is no one working at all- you are alone! And on Tuesday when we needed to check out, there was no one working. We had to leave the keys in an unlocked room. ”

“The good: Room and property were relatively clean but are showing their age. Food at the hotel restaurant was good. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The bad: Deceptive pricing. They charge a $42/day non-optional "resort fee". This is not clearly stated on Expedia or the PV website. For this fee you get standard, expected amenities: wifi, beach towels, in-room safe, bottled water, etc. By the way, you get 2 bottles of water for the entire stay - not each day even though the fee is per day....

“It is an old motel but it is updated and clean. Beds are comfortable and the staff friendly and my friends and I love the bar on the beach. Always a great time!”

“We stayed at the hotel because we had a weekend wedding in South Kingstown. Everything was great. Room was very clean, staff very friendly and the beds were so comfortable! Breakfast was very good too. And since we had to bring our Shih Tzu, it was also a huge plus that the hotel is pet friendly. We highly recommend the hotel if you plan to stay in the South Kingstown/Narragansett area.”
