“I had originally requested a King room, but when I arrived and got to my room, it was to Queens instead. I went back downstairs and she told me that because I booked on Expedia that the King room wasn’t guaranteed and they would just give me whatever room is available. She also never explained that I needed a key to put on the wall when you first walk in the room to turn on all the electricity. She was not helpful and seem to not enjoy her job.
