“This is the cutest property and was perfect for the four of us. We loved the pool and hot tub so much we didn’t even venture to the gulf water - which is close by. You’re also going to love the screened in front porch.The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the house is stocked with everything you might need for your stay.”

“Decided to spend New Year's at the Beach. This property was the perfect spot. Equidistant from Rosemary Beach and Seaside and a 3 minute walk to the beach right across the street. Could not have been better. Plus the unit provided access to bikes, beach chairs umbrellas, etc. Loved it!”

She provided useful and comprehensive info on the local area and on restaurant suggestion. Beautiful fresh cut camellias and huge green fronds welcomed us throughout the house. Kelly quickly answered questions that came up for us. And The Smith House is so charming, full of historical references and beautiful art, cozy areas in the home to enjoy. And the location...

“Very clean. Lots of extras (cleaning supplies, laundry/dish detergent). Minimal negative that some of the finishes are worn, pillows are useless (flat). But really; might be the best VRBO we’ve rented. Location is perfect. Host could not have been more accommodating (I had booked the wrong week initially). Host was quick to respond to any questions. I would recommend this one (or any of the host’s three other properties) without hesitation. Can’t go wrong!”
