“Cooley and robert in house keeping were wonderful, Joe at the lobby food/bar was great over all it was clean local to all needs and they were friendly/helpful.”

Our room felt damp and humid the entire stay, the floors were sticky, and the shower leaked badly, making the room feel poorly maintained. Service at the main restaurant was especially slow—we had to wait for every request, including nearly 10 minutes just to receive cream for our coffee.
