Hotel a Countryside

“The shuttle was not available, waited an hour, called the hotel several times, but no one answered. The only solution was to take a taxi. Upon arrival they had confirmed the possibility of the room until 6pm, with a supplement, but today they told that it was no longer possible.”

“We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was very welcoming and courteous and very helpful when needed. It’s true that the Wi-Fi didn’t work on the guest computer, but that’s OK. in general, I would definitely consider visiting again and recommend others.”

“One star, and I wish I could give less. From check-in onward, the front desk staff were stone-faced, monosyllabic, and visibly stressed — not a single welcoming word. My reservation included breakfast, yet at check-in the front desk neither handed me a breakfast coupon nor mentioned that one was required. When I asked about it the next morning, instead of a simple apology, the agent flipped the situation around and blamed me for not asking for the coupon at check-in. That is not customer service...

“The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It's also not surrounded by a lot of other hotels so there wasn't much traffic. The room was spacious and clean and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was perfect for starting our day.”

“Amazing resort feeling at this hotel but sadly pool wasn’t open which I had known. Very clean and only downfall was the horrible dial up internet speed which made me feel like I’m staying in farm land. FYI Internet speed was at the most 5mbps”

“This was a good Embassy Suites. Great staff, clean room and property. The happy hour was really fun. The only downside is they charge $12 for parking. The parking should be included in the price. Otherwise, great stay.”

“Parking is okay if this is a concern; for one night, it is fine. For more than 2 nights, try another facility. The laundry room is not maintained, the breakfast is super basic, and the cleanliness is not well-maintained.”
