“I asked for help to figure out the air con and then all was good. It was a stressful journey, but the staff couldnt have done more to help me have as relaxing an experience as possible. All very good at their jobs and very friendly, nothing was too much bother. I've often stayed in 5 star hotels in my working life, but now I am retired, finding a reasonably priced hotel which provides high quality customer service was a delight. “Plenty of space to park, very quiet, no hassle checking in/out. Communication was great and the staff we spoke to were very polite and happy to help with any inquiries. The only slight issue (which isnt really an issue) is the bathroom light was on a sensor, id prefer a switch so i can decide whether to have the light on or not. ”

“Great last minute night away with kids. Lovely hotel, friendly staff and brilliant leisure facilities! Mark couldn't be more helpful! If there was one down side, the restaurant menu could do with a revisit (very limited) and the beautifully cooked steak and fresh fish were very much let down by the frozen chips! "Very basic hotel, requiring refurbishment. The main problem: they offer brekfast using a Gym structure 50-100m away out of the parking. This structure is not suitable for food and the breakfast is very poor and NOT cheap. Apart from this, there is no agreement with the hotel and you have to sign a book each time you enter. Sure I'll NOT came back."
