“Had some trouble checking in, did not get the room we reserved, and our room was not ready (no towels, no soap, dirty floor from fan repair). We also noticed as we were going to bed that the smoke alarm was dangling from the ceiling, disconnected.”

“To whoever reads this review, The room smelled like mildew, the carpet was dirty, and the bathroom was in poor condition. The couch in the room was stained and very dirty. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and I was not satisfied with the cleanliness or condition of the room.”
