“Breakfast was ok nothing special but the staff were all helpful and upbeat. Would highly recommend this property especially if you’re going to Mayo Clinic.”

“I booked through Expedia. Upon checking in I was informed that my “included” breakfast would be automatically deducted from my bill when I checked out. That was not the case however and I had to call the property to have the included breakfast removed from my bill a day after checking out. If I had not caught this error, I would have been charged 65 extra dollars. That is a serious lapse in service. A protocol should be put in place so that does not happen to other customers. Thanks!”

“Newly opened so everything is great. Staff is very professional, friendly and accommodating. Room size is comfortable yet pretty standard. Just an FYI if sharing the room, the door to the bathroom does not lock it just slides closed. ”

“Pros- the staff was very nice, the AC kept the room cold and the fridge worked great. Cons- The grounds and pool area was dirty and had trash everywhere. The hotel had a rank smell outside. Towels and rags were dirty and new ones were unavailable. The hair dryer didn't work. The key cards kept deactivating even though they were kept separate from our electronics. The coke machine did not work. The hotel had a sign stating food from the breakfast meal could not be taken to the rooms. My husband...

“Room wasn't the cleanest, shower was gross, it was intensely noisy, and someone tried to bust into my room while I was there. Glad it was only a one night stay but I wouldn't stay again. The front desk staff I met were not friendly or inviting.”

“When we entered our first-floor level room the window was wide open and the air conditioner was on. There was no seating except two bar type stools at the counter. The kitchen was not furnished with anything at all. No coffee maker no hair dryer. There was a cabinet door missing. The room was tiny and you barely had room to walk.
