“Dirt came from heating/air conditioning system. Someone charged us 600 dollars without our permission. They corrected this but if we wouldn’t have seen the charge may have suffered the loss. Breakfast could have lasted a half hour longer. Nice breakfast staff. Friendly front desk staff. Some guy sat next door in a pickup truck with the engine running blowing dope. ”

“If you’d like to look at mildew in the bathroom, where the wallpaper has split open black mold everywhere, they also have little friends. If you know what I mean, roaches, they only change your sheets on the third day when you stay they never came to my unit at all why I was there for a week. ”

“Horrible experience. I’ve never been stranded by hotel reservation that was already paid for. I arrived at 1:30am and they had all the doors locked, with no one at the front desk available to check me in. There was a phone to call someone for after hours, I spoke to a human being whom apologized for not being able to check me in. Imagine the horror of driving around at that time trying to find an alternate accommodation, and all hotels were full. I’ve never experienced this, and hope no one ever...

“Overall the hotel was very nice. The only negative was the mattress. It was pretty uncomfortable in my opinion. ”

“Clean to these people here is not what clean looks like to most eyes. I’ve never been at a stay that has so many stains on bed sheets, carpets, bathroom curtains all in 1 stay. Literally had to ask for another room and the other room was almost the same. At least have brand new bed sheets and throw out old ones with big stains on them. I was not too happy and had to settle with what I got. If I could’ve gotten a refund I would’ve went right away to another place and payed extra. ”
