“Our second stay here and never disappoints. The staff go above and beyond. We actually forgot an important piece of our luggage, they called us and kept it secure until we returned for it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property. ”

“An expensive one night stay. The staff is friendly but not very talkative. They accomodated the request for a first floor room. At this price point, i didnt expect a lot of amenities, but hot coffee at 5pm is a huge plus. The building is older but rooms have been updated. The room had TV, fridge, and microwave. The beds are not fixed to wall so if you the bed for other "activities" besides sleeping, the bed will slide across the floor. They have swept under the sliding beds in awhile so...

“Breakfast was awesome with many choices. Did laundry also without issues. Swimming pool was to cold due to no heater, no swim. Bed was soft and clean.”

“It was ok, nothing fancy but good for a few nights stay, there weren’t very many people there, ”

“Hotel was pretty dated. Beds were full not queen. Bathroom had shower and toilet together and was very small”

“The main door to the suite didn't latch properly for the time we were there, We were not happy about that told the staff . The staff was fantastic , helpful kind . The toilet need to be fixed properly was not bolted down. But once asked the maintenance worker he did the best he could. Staff was super helpful.”

“The room was nice and breakfast was good, but when we went to go to the pool, it was down. The front desk said it would be closed for the duration of our stay and that there was no chlorine. We traveled with 7 children and chose this hotel with the pool for a reason. We were very disappointed, especially because a lack of chlorine in the pool is completely preventable. No communication at check in regarding the pool. It felt dishonest. ”

“We only stayed one night and the total stay was about 14 hours as we just wanted to visit Shawshank Prison while passing though. But it was a great hotel. Clean, safe, great staff. It is 10 min from Shawshank and near so many other things. Bathroom was clean, shower was great, breakfast was great. Free parking, pet friendly. Just a great hotel and a great experience for us staying here.”
