“The staff was awesome. The Hampton Inn's have definitely changed since I started staying at them years ago. Seemed as though they weren't as comfortable and well maintained. Lots of foot traffic here, could hear the people above you. The bathroom fan didn't work. The wall paper had started peeling from the bathroom wall. I asked the front desk staff about the delay and he said”we start preparing at 6;00.” No, that is not acceptable because many people have breakfast before they go to work. He just shrugged. The pool area was dirty. The floor of the pool was dirty. ”
