“I whole heartedly recommend this hotel when staying in Williamsburg. The rates are super reasonable, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. If you stayed in 2025 (Before December) Please go again as it is under new ownership. We stayed over New Year's Eve so we could go to Busch Gardens to watch the Fireworks. “The rooms are very dirty with hairs everywhere and a lot of stains on the carpet. The breakfast is included in the price but... where is the breakfast? A coffee machine, some old donuts, cereals and nothing else is not breakfast. It should be better write: "breakfast is not included". Very bad experience, never again!! ”

“Amazing community/resort! Staff was great, condo was great! My ONLY critique, not even a complaint, is that the televisions are not smart TVs. I was able to find a cable at Walmart to use the TV as a display for my phone so we could binge watch our shows, but other than that, we had a LOVELY stay!”
