Hotel per famiglie in Baja California Sur

“Camera sporca sia letto che in generale pulizia scarsa . Ristoranti tutti il cibo di scarsa qualità e servizio scarso. I bere di scarsa qualità . Piscina esterna poco attrezzata e anche lì sporco.. è un posto a chi piace la quantità !! Non lo consiglierei mi dispiace aver preso questo hotel ! Essendo un Riu pensavo n situazione decente .. insomma totale delusione .”

“Looks nice from the outside but this hotel is very out dated. Balcony railing falling apart, shower/sink water smelled terrible I didn’t want to shower, no hot water. They also don’t serve beer or alcohol before 10am, up charge for room service, no bottled water, every soda I ordered was flat, no streaming on the tv available, the fan from the AC was so loud. Needless to say, I won’t be staying here again.”

“Everything was fine except for the Personal service on the pool area they take too long to serve you drinks maybe they need more people to work there Then we try to eat dinner at restaurant La Coyota and whoever was in charge that night was kind of rude. We asked for a table for four people, and he told us he didn’t have one he only have tables 2 people we tell him OK we take two tables then then he told us he had waiting list, but nobody was waiting there He tells us to come back like one hour,...

“Rooms are outdated. We had to get our room changed because the a/c was extremely loud and maintenance came to fix it twice but it kept breaking. The second room had a leak from the a/c and i had to call maintenance again. When i came back to the room, the staff had left a towel on the floor where the puddle was and a dead roach next to it. The plus side of this resort is that they do have a lot of pools and restaurants with good food.”
