“The location was undergoing renovations, ceilings were open and the parking lot was being resurfaced. There was an odd smell and the rooms were fairly outdated, with stains and mold in areas. The breakfast was a disaster, the waffle irons were on but no mix, and the juice dispenser was empty. There was no butter for the toast and no milk for cereal. DoubleTree by Hilton From first glance it’s a beautiful hotel but it seems that service isn’t a priority because during our stay here this weekend it has been 92 degrees and the humidity is high as well. We have requested assistance for them to service the air conditioning because it’s NOT working, the person came last night and reset it and it still didn’t work so he gave us a fan, so basically blowing heat around smh.
