“I had to pay my parking when I arrived as the clerk stated that it was not part of reservation through Expedia. And to reserve an additional parking next door at another hotel as she claims to be fully booked for the night. Did reserve the family room needing 2 vehicles passes.”

“The room was clean and everything organized, I loved the View and the quick access to the Beach. The only minor issue I would to mention is in the pools, the rocks that decorates in, they had some mold or like green algae that didn't look good at all.”

“Staff and location was great. Rooms are aged. Exterior grounds had mattresses, iron boards and air condition parts all over the place. Dog poop everywhere, not everyone is picking it up. Cars parked blocking you from reversing. Most guest have common sense and are considerate but some are blasting the music outside the room and others have their kids playing in front of guest doors. No security guard present. Having a security guard patrolling the grounds and enforcing the rules would really...

“This Hotel is NOT AS PICTURED, I REPEAT NOT AS PICTURED. The front windows are burned out, decorative glass were broken, front door doesn't work properly, a/c isn't working when you walk in its hot and humid, pool is smaller than pictured, elevators are run down, everything is run down. Rooms are mediocre, run down, used my own bed sheets and pillows. Parking garage is confusing upon arrival and old also. Our shower spilled into the rest of the restroom because it was a handicap room, not asked...
