“This was our best option for Baytown. The room wasn't very clean though. Hair in the shower and greasy fingerprints on the make up mirror. The bed was comfy and Staff was super sweet.”

I like eggs,etc. I also looked forward to sitting around the pool in the late evenings but it was not avaliable so there was no where to sit outside except at the front on a bench.”

“Had issues w/ tv not working, there was no cable box. Staff was gracious, she gave us another room immediately. Overall: clean room, polite staff. The elevator did not work a few times which was no fun as we are seniors and we were on the 3rd floor. The woman who helps a/ breakfast and cleans the main entry area was such a lovely lady-she’s a great asset to your hotel.”

“Room smelled disgusting. The sofa bed in the room was the most disgusting I’ve ever seen. The bathroom was not nice at all especially having the tub and walls with mold. ”

“Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Baytown recently and overall it was an average experience, not quite matching the rating. The room itself was decent and worked fine for a short stay, but there were a few issues. My wife noticed the hallway had a strong weed smell, which wasn’t ideal. There was also a beeping noise outside that went on through the night, and at one point it sounded like there was some street racing nearby. “They never made the bed or changed out the towels,smelled like cigaretts bad,the front door was massive chipped paint,along with everydoor i walked past,the grounds were dirty littered with plastic bottles,no effort at all on any sort of landskaping,nothing inviting or homey about this place,would never stay again”

“Let me start by saying the staff, or computer screen with a person in God knows where, was very nice. It was just very bizarre to check in with a kiosk. Otherwise, this was not what we expected. The room smelled like mold, the toilet was clogged upon our arrival, and it was just extremely rundown.”
