“We showed up and the pool was out of order. We got to our room and there was massive amounts of dog hair on the carpet, in the sheets, on the base boards. The tub had black mold and mildew all over the bottom. I called the front desk & they came to change the sheets as I am a single mom w three kids and we checked in at bedtime. They came to change the sheets just to discover the dog hair was all over & embedded in the mattress protector too. I explained my girls & I are highly allergic to dogs...

“The hotel room we stayed in had a wet dog smell. It wasn’t as clean as I would have like. I saw not bugs which is a positive. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was the usual.”
