“Paid $275.00 for a room that had no coffee pot or microwave and no bedside lamp. Was told they would fix the lamp but didn't. Said they had to order parts. Why couldn't a lamp from an empty room replace mine. So 2 nights unable to read before bed.”

“When we arrived, there were problems with the room and the staff that was on the premises did what they could to fix things. We were booked to stay two nights so we spoke with the manager the next morning and while we were out, he got everything fixed. “Haven't come off of a long drive, I was a little concerned when I pulled in. However the front desk people were extremely helpful and friendly, and our room was overall clean. The air conditioner didn't really work properly and it was constantly humid, and there was no plug for the bathtub. The faucet for the sink leaked severely so there was water everywhere. Otherwise it was quiet.”

The attendant was very friendly and upgraded me to the Jacuzzi Suite for free. The room was huge, clean and very comfortable. The hot tub was clean and I enjoyed it after driving twelve hours.
