“While we had not heard about Avid, this hotel had good reviews. We were pleasantly impressed. Rooms were clean, attractive, adequately stocked with toiletries, a very comfortable bed, great shower, very nice coffee machines with fresh brew. ”

“We regularly stay at this Super 8 when in the Memphis/West Memphis area and have been patrons for a number of years. The quality of service has always been excellent. The recent renovations have improved our stays with very comfortable beds and thicker, fluffy towels. The staff remain very friendly and are quick to offer kind assistance. We remain very satisfied customers and will recommend this hotel heartily to any one traveling in this area. Thank you for your standard of excellence!”

“When we arrived, there were problems with the room and the staff that was on the premises did what they could to fix things. We were booked to stay two nights so we spoke with the manager the next morning and while we were out, he got everything fixed. The Western Inn is a family owned hotel and they are in the process of renovating. From what we have seen, they are doing a great job. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are a nice size.
