“Good location”

“We spent one night in South Lake Tahoe. The hotel didn’t allow self-parking and the valet fee is $40 - not my jam. Inside the hotel, in the early evening, the Muzak (think ‘Maragaritaville’, but also other songs curiously unrelated) was so loud and pervasive that it could be escaped only by retreating to our room.”

“We had a great stay and would definitely come back. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was super comfy, and the blackout curtains made it easy to get a great night's sleep. The pool was warm and perfect for relaxing after being out all day. We were also welcomed with a complimentary beverage when we arrived, which was a nice touch. “Great location in South Lake Tahoe but my room was a bit noisy due to being located by the stairs/entrance of the building. The advertised dog run is not maintained and is overgrown and unusable.”

“The kitchen was nice. If we opened the windows to the pool, the Gondola going over could look right in. It was a long walk to our room and there wasn't any help with luggage. The front desk staff was helpful. The place is dated.”

“Came here for my honeymoon and was not disappointed! Great view from our 3rd floor balcony of the entire lake and the mountains. They left us a bottle of wine and some chocolates as well as a sweet note about our honeymoon. It was within close walking range of shopping centers and restaurants, which we definitely took advantage of. Such a nice stay!”
