“With it's waterpark pool, this is an ideal location for families with young children.
However, we are seniors, just looking for a quiet place to rest our heads after a 10-hour day of travel.
We arrived late on a Saturday afternoon and parking was a nightmare!
The pool is visible from the lobby through the glass wall. It was jam packed with screaming kids! There were kids everywhere! They were running dripping wet through the lobby. Any thought of slipping quietly into the hot tub to relax...

“The pool was closed. It was closed last year when we were in town for the same reason and so I looked specifically on their website to make sure it was open. So when the staff person at the desk rudely told me it was on their website that it was closed I was not happy. At some point this hotel just needs to publicly admit that it no longer has a pool and remove it from their list of amenities! Also, the breakfast was bad. “The staff upfront gave me a very hard time with checking in . I called to request early check in the lady upfront said yes when I called at 11:08am she said she would call me back . Another hour passed by and I called back she said they were in the process of cleaning the room . I arrived two hours later and the room was not ready and they have someone else the clean room when I arrived it had turned to 3:40pn before my room was ready I will not be booking this hotel ever again . ”

“We needed a rollaway bed for our youngest. It was filthy, stained and ripped with springs poking through. One of the beds had dirt and crumbs in it. Looked like it wasn't re-made after the last guest. Ants in the bathroom.”
