“I don't like the owner--Scott--he will rip you off every chance he gets. We bought 2 chardonnays in the Hilton connected bar area and was charged $12 each and this was basic wine that costs $8 a bottle at the store. Otherwise, the staff was good. The hotel is in need of repair, and they are working on that. The room price was reasonable.”

“The Hampton Bayfront was in a convenient location for my visit, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and there were several restaurants within walking distance. The beer garden at the Hampton had a large outdoor space which was a great space for a group.”

“The room was clean and had all of the basics that you would need…. Coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, in room safe and a heating/cooling unit that worked well. We were on the third floor and it was quiet… No road noise and no loud people. The free breakfast was decent and the staff was very helpful. We definitely would stay there again!”

“Check in was quick and easy! The room was spacious and clean. The beds were more comfortable than most hotels. Breakfast was good. I will stay here again on future visits.”

“Desk staff was great. On site restaurant is where the free breakfast comes in, very good and the waitress is fantastic. Our room however left much to be desired. Old, broken items, loose toilet seat, wallpaper separating from the wall, holes in the carpet and a broken desk chair, but we persevered. We've seen worse. We've stayed here many times but the place is starting to show it's age and is in need of renovations.”

“There were a couple issues, but the staff was so good about it. And took care of it, and was apologetic and went well above and beyond to make sure I was happy.”

“First room we were given had hair in the sheets,dirty desk chair and broken tv. We went right back to the front desk requesting a room change. Second room had hair all over the bathroom door, broken phone and alarm clock. A/C was noisy and could barely cool the room. Hallways and stairs were also dirty. Expedia says they offer a free continental breakfast but there was nothing. Would not recommend!”
