“The room was impeccably clean. The hotel lobby was clean and inviting, with a cozy seating area and even lemon-infused water for refreshment! Though I did not utilize the gym, it looked to be very well equipped. ”

“The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten ”
