“We were looking for a bit more of a fall getaway spot while visiting our son at UMASS. This b&b is a 40 minute drive away but it’s a beautiful drive. It’s also very close to the boarder of vermont and new hampshire. Lots of great hiking near by. Great bbQ nearby in millers falls. Joan & Steve were very nice hosts. “Awesome place. We stayed in a finished basement. Very clean, no bugs at all, nice living room, comfy king size bed. We didn't use the kitchen but it was well stocked with what was needed as well as snacks for us. Quiet location close to town and Mass University. ”

“Loved this old home! Record player and records were fun to listen to. Pickle ball across the street was excellent! Well stocked kitchen great for cooking in. I had a tough time with water pressure and temperature but it could have been user error. Beds were comfortable except for the twin, which was a bit too firm! Would definitely rent here again ”

“Property is on the smaller side, but it is very conveniently located near Snow Farm. There is occasional sound from the adjoining house, but not so much that it was problematic. Host is very friendly and responsive. Would recommend.”
